I grew up watching my dad build something from nothing. He started a commercial general contracting company — Area Construction Group — and grew it into a business managing people, systems, and complex, real-world projects. I saw firsthand what it takes to run a company: constant decisions, incomplete information, and the pressure of keeping everything moving. He was exceptional at his craft, but like most business owners, the operational side was harder — and often unsupported by the right tools. Over time, he expanded into commercial real estate, but what stayed with me were the gaps: the inefficiencies, the administrative burden, and the reliance on instinct where better systems should have existed.
Years later, I found myself in a similar position — running a State Farm insurance agency. I managed a team of four and helped increase annual revenue by approximately 82% over three years. I was responsible for marketing, hiring, compliance, accounting, training, sales, SEO, and daily operations. Working closely with business owners across industries, I saw the same patterns repeatedly: missed leads, manual processes piling up, and strong teams slowed down by operational friction.
When tools like ChatGPT first became publicly available, I was an early adopter. I approached it with a practical lens — not just what it could do, but where it actually created value in a business setting. That interest developed alongside my academic work. I’m currently completing my B.S. in Management Information Systems with a 4.0 GPA, studying how systems are designed, secured, and implemented at scale. The combination of formal training and hands-on experimentation has shaped how I approach AI: not as a novelty, but as a tool that must integrate cleanly into real workflows.
Over the past six months, I’ve taken a focused deep dive into AI — how these systems function, where they break, and how to deploy them in ways that are practical, secure, and aligned with business goals. I also understand that working in AI requires continuous learning. The technology evolves quickly, and staying effective means constantly studying, testing, and refining. That discipline is part of the job.
That’s why I started Beltway AI — to help businesses implement systems that actually work.
I grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland. The DMV isn’t just a market — it’s home. I focus on helping the businesses that keep this region running: contractors, property managers, agencies, and service-based companies. People who are great at what they do — and deserve systems that work just as hard as they do.
Good AI consulting is less about chasing trends and more about building reliable systems around real constraints, business processes, and customer expectations.
The best automations come from understanding how work moves today — then removing friction at the right points, not everywhere at once.
We design systems that improve speed and consistency while preserving review and approval where the stakes are highest.
Small, well-scoped deployments usually outperform oversized AI projects. We aim for quick wins that can scale from a stable foundation.
AI should improve operations without creating unnecessary risk. Beltway AI approaches solution design with practical safeguards and clear boundaries.
We keep workflows scoped to the minimum systems and data needed so automation stays useful without becoming overexposed.
For sensitive tasks, we favor systems that include checkpoints, visibility, and operational control instead of fully opaque automation.
From prompt design to workflow structure, we prioritize reliability, traceability, and business-safe implementation choices.
If you’re exploring automation, document workflows, internal AI tools, or customer-facing assistants, Beltway AI can help you find the highest-leverage place to start.
